About the Project:

Mulgrave Dental Group, a leading dental clinic in Melbourne, partnered with KARL Mission for a full rebrand and website redesign. Following the rebrand, the client wanted to extend their new look and voice across their social channels. The goal was to ensure their social media presence reflected their refreshed identity, attracted new patients, and built stronger engagement with their local community.

Process:

1. Social Media Audit
We started by reviewing performance data and audience insights across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. This included analyzing traffic from social channels, audience demographics, impressions, engagement rates, and top-performing content.

2. Competitor Benchmark
Next, we reviewed top competitors in the dental industry to understand their social strategies, focusing on posting frequency, content pillars, profile setups, and audience engagement. This helped identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation.

3. Campaign Strategy
We developed a tailored content strategy, defining key target audiences, content themes, and messaging pillars. This strategy guided what types of content to produce, from educational tips and patient testimonials to behind-the-scenes videos and community features.

4. Social Account Optimization
With a clear direction established, we optimized all social profiles to align with the new brand. This included rebranded banners and profile images, updated bios and contact details, and ensuring each platform felt cohesive and professional.

5. Content Creation
Our team handled end-to-end content production which included planning, scripting, coordinating with an external filming crew, video editing, and scheduling posts. We created a diverse range of assets for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, while also launching two new channels (LinkedIn and TikTok) to expand reach and engagement. The new content calendar ensured consistent posting and engagement across all channels.
