About the Project:
Loop11 is a SaaS platform that helps website owners, product teams, and agencies test and evaluate user experience through usability testing and research tools.
KARL Mission has partnered with Loop11 over several years across A/B testing, website design, SEO, social media, and growth initiatives. For this project, the focus was on onboarding and education. Loop11 needed a clear, scalable way to help new users understand the product, while also strengthening their organic visibility and expanding on-site content.
Together, we created a structured series of tutorial videos supported by a dedicated video hub and individual landing pages to improve onboarding, SEO, and long-term content value.

Mission:
Our mission was to:
- Create a structured series of tutorial videos to help new users learn Loop11 faster
- Improve onboarding and product adoption through clear, practical walkthroughs
- Increase video visibility in search and on YouTube
- Expand the website with new, SEO-friendly landing pages
- Build a scalable framework for future video and educational content
Process:
To ensure the videos and supporting pages delivered both user and business value, we followed a structured, research-led process.
1. Competitor Benchmark: We began by reviewing how competing SaaS platforms approach tutorial and onboarding videos. This included analyzing video length, structure, editing styles, and pacing, as well as how videos are embedded and organized on competitors’ websites. This research helped establish a quality benchmark and identify opportunities to improve clarity and usability.
2. Video Briefs and Planning: Based on the benchmark and Loop11’s onboarding goals, we created detailed video briefs and a prioritization plan. Each brief defined the target user, learning objective, product features to be covered, and the role of the video within the overall onboarding journey. This ensured the content focused on real user needs and followed a logical progression.

3. Script Writing: We wrote full scripts for every tutorial video to keep explanations clear, concise, and consistent. Scripting upfront reduced friction during production and ensured the videos were easy to follow. The scripts were also designed to be reused later as on-page content to support SEO.
4. Production: Production covered the complete workflow, including screen recording product walkthroughs, editing for clarity and flow, recording and refining voiceovers, and creating custom thumbnails. To strengthen brand consistency and maximize existing assets, we reused Loop11’s illustration library within the video thumbnails. This allowed us to recycle established visual elements, reinforce brand recognition across platforms, and create a cohesive look between the product, the website, and the video content. Simple illustrations and animations were also added within the videos to highlight key actions and guide user attention without overwhelming the content.
5. YouTube Upload and Optimization: Once finalized, the videos were uploaded to YouTube and optimized for visibility. This included writing keyword-focused titles and descriptions, adding subtitles for accessibility, and applying consistent visual branding across thumbnails.

6. Website Video Benchmark: Before designing the on-site experience, we reviewed how competitors published and organized video content on their websites. This informed decisions around layout, navigation, and internal linking.
7. Page Design: We designed a central video tutorial collection page alongside individual landing pages for each video. The collection page acts as a learning hub, while each individual page publishes the video script, links to related tutorials, and contributes to long-term SEO growth.

8. Navigation Integration: Finally, the video tutorial section was added to the main website navigation, making it easy for new and existing users to access learning resources at any stage of their product journey.

Solution:
Tutorial Videos
We produced a focused set of onboarding videos designed to help new users get up and running quickly with Loop11. This included five Getting Started tutorials that walk users through creating a project, using the AI tools, working with project templates, setting up tasks, and creating questions.
In addition, we created two recruitment-focused videos that explain how to recruit participants and how to work with recruitment panels. Together, these videos address the most common early-stage questions new users face and provide a clear foundation for confident product adoption.
Video Tutorial Collection Page
The collection page brings all tutorials together in one place by:
- Grouping videos into two clear playlists
- Allowing users to play videos directly from the page
- Including a call to action to subscribe to the Loop11 YouTube channel
This page acts as a central learning hub for the product.

Individual Video Landing Pages
Each video also lives on its own dedicated landing page, designed to:
- Increase sitemap size and SEO coverage
- Publish the full video script on the page to improve word count and keyword relevance
- Link to related videos within the same category to encourage continued learning
This structure supports both search visibility and user engagement.

Conclusion:
By combining tutorial videos with a structured on-site publishing strategy, we helped Loop11 strengthen product onboarding, expand their website content, and improve long-term SEO performance.
The result is a scalable education framework that supports new users, increases visibility across search and video platforms, and reinforces Loop11’s position as a leader in UX testing.
